Bit By the Bug: Another Bug is Born...Twigs

Hello and welcome to a new season of releases.  Right now, for the next five weeks we have a new collection to unveil.  It is time for our Feeling Frosty event.  In my part of the world, we are in a deep freeze  and where Naomi lives, they have just been pummeled by more storms.  So, it is a perfect time for this collection because the two of us are definitely feeling a little frosty.

This week we have a cute little snowman available named...

Isn't he a sweetie pie?!  Hey and check out the new watermark images that Naomi created.  Cool eh?
Twigs is currently available in the STORE for purchase if you are interested.  Talking about the store, you really should go and check it out.   Naomi has been extremely busy and the store is looking great.

Now let's check out what two of our DT came up with to showcase Naomi's wonderful new snowman...

Wow! How incredibly cool is that background?!!  I'm not sure if it is a die cut or not but it is really, really cool.   The addition of the snow and that great shading make a wonderful creation to start of 2014 with.  You can check out the details of this creation over on Suze's blog, Craftysuze.

What a wonderfully 'cool' card.  Monica has gone with a great card shape to show off Twigs.  I love the addition of the snowflakes, the great frame around the sentiment and of course those gems down the front of Twigs.  You can check out all the details of Monica's card by visiting her blog, TaylorMade 4U.

Hey look, even Naomi had a little extra time and managed to create a card showcasing Twigs as well.  Check it out...
Great texture and sweet embellishments help bring a shades of white card to life.  It is nice to see work from Naomi again, right?!  Hopefully, she will be back real soon with some more of her amazing card creations.

Sneak peek guesses...

Thanks to all of you who offered up guesses.  There were a few interesting ones.  The funny thing is that the person who took a complete wild guess and was sure she was nowhere near correct, was actually the only one who got it right.  Yes, KT Fit Kitty, it was actually a snowman within a snow scene.  See, you should always guess, even if you don't think it could possibly be what you are thinking.  So, Kitty, send me an email by clicking HERE with the subject heading 'CBD Sneak Peek: Twigs' and we'll discuss what you might like from me.  Please note that it might take me a few days to get back to you though, so I appreciate your patience.

Now, it is your chance to win a copy of the latest new release...

Yes indeedy, we are once again offering up a copy or two of Naomi's newest release.  In order to have your name in the running to win a copy of Twigs, I want to know, whether or not you get any snow in the area that you live in?   Seeing as half the world is experiencing winter and the other half summer, it will be interesting getting a geographic glimpse of where our readers are and whether they have to put up with snow.  Leave a comment ON THIS POST by noon on January 22nd, in order to have your chance at winning this image.

Winners will be announced Jan. 23rd during our next new release!

It might be a new year, but that doesn't mean the ridiculous jokes are going away so this week's joke for the kid in all of us is:
Q:  What do snowmen eat for lunch?
  A:  Iceburgers!

Stay tuned as there are four more images to go in this sweet new Feeling Frosty collection!  I hope that you will all join me on Saturday when it is time to show a snippet of the next one.  Until then, have a fantastic couple days and good luck everyone!

Woohoo - can't believe I guessed it right - I'm usually way off! Thank you - I'll be emailing you - Yay!

This little cutie is adorable - I love snowmen - I think this is some of Naomi's best work! Would really love to win this guy! And I love what the DT did with him - beautiful cards! I really like your Feeling Frosty logo too - so cute!

So you asked if I get any snow - YES!!! I'm in Nova Scotia and we're getting tons of snow this year and it's been super cold. In fact, I'm ready for winter to be over already LOL.

Thanks a bunch - and have a wonderful day!

I love Twigs! He is so cute. Snowmen are a favorite of mine. Yes I am feeling Frosty too. Here in New Jersey USA it is Cold and snowy. BRRR!!!!!!. I think I am ready for 60 degrees again. My ideal temperature. Cool enough for a jacket and hot tea, but warm enough to go walking and enjoy the outdoors. Edwina Brown

Snow??? It took 2 hours to dig my car out of the driveway and even then I had to rock it and the approach was too narrow and the frozen snow was rubbing against the car when I backed it out of the drive. Thanks for the chance.
